you have from 14th to 30th to do your walks – so for eg you could register and start tomorrow the 17th and you’d still fit in 7 walks before the 30th – do you know what I mean.

Hi Matt, Thanks so much for your input. You make some really interesting points. I personally see the value of toe spacers, but not during walking. I think they should be used restoratively and allow the body to move how it needs to in gait.
